Joy and all co-hosts were extremely responsive to all our questions and requests. They were also flexible and understanding with our check-in time (we were arriving off a flight really early). The driveway could fit 4 small to medium cars which was a great plus point for us – we were traveling as a big family with one toddler. The house was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The kid’s playroom was a lot of fun for the toddler in our family. Location was great with many cafes and eateries around the area too.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Iris’s place in Norman Park. We chose the location to be close to our daughter, but it turned out to be an excellent base in its own right—quiet, convenient, and not far from the city. It’s also close to lovely areas like Hawthorne and Bulimba, with great parks where we could spend time with our granddaughter. A real highlight for me was the easy trip into the city - grabbing a scooter to the Mowbray Park ferry terminal made for a quick and enjoyable commute. The unit is well set up and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The included parking space was a real bonus, and having a Club Lime gym directly across the road made it easy to keep up with exercise. Iris is a responsive and thoughtful host who is quick to help if needed.

Great facilities and appliances in apartment, very clean, very private, beautiful views, fantastic air con A couple of complimentary Water bottles when arriving would have been nice, as we arrived at 11pm and had to then go out just to get filtered water (I’m allergic to chlorine) also it was a bit of a nightmare trying to get in and out of the apartments/garage and lifts the security is insane and too much drama

Great location, clean, modern apartment. It was booked for my wedding as our venue was down the road. The hallway as soon as you get out of the elevator was a little smelly. Strong odours but as soon as you entered the apartment it was perfectly fine. The odour was probably from nearby apartments or the rubbish chute. Didn't affect our stay.

We really appreciated staying here. It was a great space for four adults, with well-equipped multiple bathrooms and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Parking was excellent, with plenty of space on the property for our four cars. Street parking nearby was quite busy during the day , but having ample parking on site made it very easy. Entry was simple and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. It was also lovely and quiet at night. Overall, a great place to stay. The mattress in the master bedroom was hard (not firm) and have messaged host to consider using a mattress topper to make it more comfortable.

Joy was an absolute delight to deal with, she provided clear instructions and accommodated every request we put in, on behalf of our celebrity guests travelling from India. I would highly recommend Joy’s home for large groups and families when they travel to Brisbane, well connected to everything

Und vier hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist natürlich super, sowie der Pool. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sehr aufgeräumt, hatten zwei große Zimmer und wir waren alle begeistert.

Great apartment near the gabba. Nice interior and Joy put the effort to make it feels like home e.g. the label on the cupboard and books for children. Highly recommended to others looking for a short stay near gabba.

Wonderful Airbnb that matches the description and photos. All the rooms were so spacious, nice and quite comfortable. Location is only a ten minute walk to Westfield Shopping centre which was SO nice and convenient! Is about a 20 - 30 minute drive into the city though but we didn’t mind. Place was pretty clean - we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much but seemed pretty good. My only complaint is that when my partner and I were staying in the studio room, there was a bit of a cigarette smell which was bothersome for us as we aren’t smokers. I assume it’s from the long term residents (?) as this was a shared backyard.
