Uninformed changes may incur additional fees. 2. Apartment Key Handling & Lock-Out Fee: Please take care of the keys provided, as losing them can be costly and time-consuming. Guests are responsible for key replacement costs. Key Set Provision: 1 set for apartments 2 sets for houses Extra key requests must be made 24 hours in advance and come with a $100 deposit, refunded upon return. Lock-out fees: $50 during business hours; $150 after hours or on weekends. 3. Complimentary Starter Supplies: Starter supplies are provided and should last for 3 days. Replenishments can be arranged for a fee. 4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 5.
