Here’s a brief overview of key points to ensure a pleasant stay: 1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in: After 3 PM (GMT+10, BNE local time) Check-out: Before 10 AM (GMT+10, BNE local time) For early check-in or late check-out, please arrange this at least 1 day prior, subject to availability. Uninformed changes may incur additional fees. 2. Apartment Key Handling & Lock-Out Fee: Please take care of the keys provided, as losing them can be costly and time-consuming. Guests are responsible for key replacement costs. Key Set Provision: 1 set for apartments 2 sets for houses Extra key requests must be made 24 hours in advance and come with a $100 deposit, refunded upon return. Lock-out fees: $50 during business hours; $150 after hours or on weekends. 3. Complimentary Starter Supplies: Starter supplies are provided and should last for 3 days. Replenishments can be arranged for a fee. 4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 5. Cleanliness: We kindly ask guests to maintain general cleanliness. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 6. No Party or Event Policy: Overnight guests must match the reservation. Inform us in advance about daytime visitors exceeding occupancy. No large gatherings or parties are allowed, with penalties for violations. 7. Pet Policy: If you wish to bring a pet, please obtain prior approval from the owner and pay a pet fee. Bringing a large pet without discussion is a violation of our hosting rules.
